Job Summary:
The Floor Staff team member is responsible for ensuring a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment for guests. This role involves managing crowd flow, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the floor area, assisting guests with directions or information, and supporting overall venue operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor crowd movement and prevent congestion in designated areas.
- Direct guests to appropriate locations (entry points, exits, seating areas, restrooms, etc.).
- Enforce venue policies, including safety and behavioral guidelines.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or guest concerns and report them to supervisors.
- Maintain a visible and friendly presence to provide assistance and enhance guest experience.
- Help with setup, cleaning, and organization of floor areas before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with security and other staff for efficient crowd management.
- Support other operational duties as needed (e.g., ushering, ticket checks, or line management).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, events, or security roles a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
- Flexible schedule—ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
