Frequency Collective is an education-driven, eco-luxury salon located in Edmonds, WA — just a short distance from downtown. Founded by global educator and master stylist Sarah Sewalelot, our salon is a curated space where creativity, professionalism, and intentional growth are at the forefront.

As a proud Summit Salon, we offer a structured path for advancement, in-depth education, and a culture that supports both individuality and collaboration. We are currently experiencing high guest demand and frequently turn away new clients — an exciting opportunity for the right stylist to step into.

Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking a talented stylist who values excellence, consistency, and career growth within a high-end, service-forward environment. You’ll thrive here if you have:

- A valid Washington State cosmetology license

- 2 years of in-salon experience

- Advanced skills in color, cutting, and/or extensions

- A polished, professional presence and elevated guest care standards

- A growth mindset and interest in team collaboration

• Bonus: familiarity with the Summit Salon structure (not required)
