About the Role:

The Office Administrator Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the office environment. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or higher in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience with office management software and tools such as Google Workspace or project management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of bookkeeping or accounting principles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience working in a team-oriented office setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation both digitally and physically.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure availability.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by management.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a positive and professional first impression.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and data entry.
