Position Summary: The Agronomy Location Manager oversees the daily operation of an agronomy location to ensure all company policies, standards and guidelines are followed. The Agronomy Location Manager provides friendly, courteous and efficient customer service and creates a professional environment for employees and customers with a goal of retaining and attracting new customers. The Agronomy Location Manager will lead and oversee the Grant Agronomy location by coordinating, promoting and directing all aspects of agronomy operations to optimize the Cooperative's efficiency and help achieve the goals while maintaining outstanding customer service.
Essential Functions: The Agronomy Location Manager is responsible for supervision, marketing, profitability, sales, reporting, purchasing, pricing, inventory, maintenance, service, compliance and other duties as assigned. The location manager will maintain a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the cooperative a positive image of the cooperative.
Education and/or Experience: 5 years of related experience and/or training to include the use of agronomy products and equipment.
