Key Responsibilities:
- Order Management:
- Receive and process to-go orders accurately via phone and other systems.
- Confirm orders with members, addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of orders.
- Food Packing and Delivery:
- Carefully pack all food items, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to quality standards.
- Check each order against receipts to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Deliver food to designated locations within the club or for curbside pickup.
- Customer Service:
- Greet members courteously and ensure a seamless to-go experience.
- Address and resolve any member inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
