Duties
- Manage all aspects of bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and customer service excellence
- Oversee food preparation related to bar offerings, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Train and develop staff on food safety, food handling, cocktail mixing, and customer service techniques
- Monitor shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and coordinate team efforts to optimize service flow
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards, and compliance with health regulations across the bar area
- Control inventory levels for beverages and supplies, conducting regular stock checks and ordering as needed
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervisory responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of food preparation, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices
- Hands-on experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions and reporting
- Demonstrated ability in staff training, team management, interviewing, and development of hospitality staff
- Background in restaurant management within casual dining or fine dining settings; banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with budgeting, food production processes, kitchen experience, and food industry best practices
