Studio Support Role
This is not a desk-only receptionist role. Our concierge supports both the front desk and the studio floor to help maintain Frenchies’ high sanitation standards.
Studio support tasks include
- Laundry
- Sanitizing tools and pedicure bowls
- Sweeping and mopping after services
- Keeping the studio clean and organized
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments and answer phone inquiries
- Help guests book services and answer questions
- Educate guests about the Frenchies Polish Pass membership program
- Check on guests during services to ensure they are comfortable
- Help with inventory, including restocking retail and supplies
- Support studio cleanliness and organization
Physical Requirements
This role is active and hands-on.
Most of the shift involves standing, moving throughout the studio, assisting guests, and helping maintain the cleanliness of the salon.
Scheduling & Availability
Must be available
- Monday 8:30am - 2:15pm
- Wednesdays 8:30am - 2:15pm
- Thursdays 2pm - 8pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 2:15pm
- This job requires 23 hours
We work as a team on scheduling. Front desk team members help cover each other’s shifts so everyone can enjoy time off.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Strong customer service and phone skills
- Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed
- Retail, restaurant, fitness studio, or customer service experience preferred
