From Travis Street Hospitality, Frenchie is one of the busiest, most dynamic dining rooms in Dallas—built on precision, pace, and execution.
We’re seeking a sharp, detail-obsessed Expo to run the pass, control the flow, and ensure every plate leaves the kitchen exactly as intended. This is a critical position at the center of service—linking kitchen and floor in real time -- and will work for Chef Reilly and his culinary team.
