- Prepare and plate menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Complete customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work area.
- Complete assigned prep work and properly label, date, store, and rotate food products.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures.
- Perform opening, closing, and cleaning duties as assigned.
- Wash and store dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
- Communicate product, equipment, or service issues to leadership.
- Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests.
- Assist with inventory and ordering tasks as needed.
- Previous cook or kitchen experience required
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
