Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, using the Toast POS system for efficient processing.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing inquiries or complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality through attentive service and effective communication with guests.
- Handle phone inquiries with proper phone etiquette, providing information about menu items and reservations.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha POS experience is a plus) to streamline order processing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members.
- A passion for providing excellent guest relations and creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality service.
