Responsibilities
Manage structural design projects from initial concept through construction completion.
Lead the development of structural analyses, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate project deliverables with architectural teams and other engineering disciplines.
Serve as the primary client point of contact, ensuring strong communication and successful project delivery.
Oversee budgets, schedules, and contract administration for multiple projects.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
Ensure quality control standards are met throughout all phases of design.
Support the growth of the Structural Design department through leadership and collaboration.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
10 years of structural engineering and project management experience in building design.
Proven track record managing multi-disciplinary design projects and leading teams.
Strong technical knowledge of structural systems, codes, and design practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with structural design software and project management tools.

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000 to $185,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
