French & Parrello Associates (FPA) is seeking a Billing Representative for our Accounting Department in Wall, NJ. This position is in office and full-time.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepares and monitors project budgets
- Preparation and processing of invoices and contract documents
- Set up projects according to contract terms
- Monthly project budget reconciliation
- Weekly data entry of various company expenses
- Assist Project Managers with research and resolution of client questions
- Assist Project Managers with ad hoc reports
- Accounts receivable collection assistance
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to think critically and solve problems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced deadline-oriented environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Good time management skills
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience in high volume billing preparation and/or general accounting.
- Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Programs specifically Excel
- Proficient with Adobe writer

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.
