The projected compensation range for this position is $89,000 to $115,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as experience, education and skill set.

Responsibilities
- Lead structural analysis and design for building projects using steel, concrete, masonry, and timber materials.
- Oversee preparation of design drawings, calculations, and technical specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and coordination tasks to ensure successful delivery.
- Review work performed by junior engineers and provide technical mentorship and quality oversight.
- Perform advanced modeling and analysis using software such as ETABS, RAM, RISA, or SAP2000.
- Conduct field observations, site inspections, and prepare detailed engineering reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, ACI, etc.).
- Contribute to internal process improvements and support business development initiatives as needed.
- Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (preferred) or Civil Engineering with a structural concentration.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in structural building design.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required or the ability to obtain within six months.
- Strong proficiency in structural analysis and design software (ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or equivalent).
- Experience with Revit and/or AutoCAD for structural documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Thorough understanding of building codes, materials, and construction practices.
