Assistant/Apprentice Chef (Pastry | Breads)

Position Overview:
The role will support our Chefs in daily production tasks, learning the art of croissants, bread, and pastries while contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen environment. This is a perfect role for someone passionate about baking and eager to learn. Training will be provided, making it ideal for individuals with less experience but a strong desire to grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of a variety of sweet and savory pastries, croissants, and breads.
• Learn and apply pastry techniques under the guidance of experienced chefs.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Measure and mix ingredients following recipes accurately.
• Uphold health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Qualifications:

• Passion for baking and a willingness to learn.
• General math skills for accurate measurements and inventory management.
• Strong work ethic and team player attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Training will be provided—no formal experience required, just a passion for dough making and bread creation.
• Full-time availability.
