Responsibilities for this Position
- Clears tables as needed. Resets with proper linen, china, silver and glassware.
- Provides water and bread throughout the meal to the guest.
- Completes opening and closing side work.
- Provides quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant.
- Keeps work area neat and clean.
- Must be familiar with all property amenities and other restaurants.
- Performs other duties as reasonably requested by management.
Requirements
- Must be a citizen of this country or possess a valid work permit.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year restaurant experience.
- Must have pleasant and positive personality.
- Must possess excellent communication skills.
- Must be able to work nights, holidays and weekends as needed.
- Must be hands-on. Must always present a hospitality mentality
- -warm and generous.
- Must always ensure a teamwork environment.
Technical Requirements:
- Must be willing to work a variety of day/night and weekend shifts.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English.
- Requires strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently.
- Able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Excellent people skills.
- Must meet grooming standards.
