Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Chiropractor to join our growing practice full time. At our clinic, we teach you how to deliver truly individualized patient care with personalized treatment plans designed around each patient’s needs, not scripted or one-size-fits-all care plans.
Responsibilities:
-Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, questioning, observing, and examining patients, and reviewing x-rays when indicated
-Evaluate neuromusculoskeletal systems and the spine using chiropractic diagnosis to determine conditions
-Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints of the body to correct musculoskeletal conditions when necessary
-Educate patients on the quality-of-life benefits of routine chiropractic care and provide recommended treatment plans
-Obtain and record patient medical histories and maintain accurate, up-to-date case records
-Perform diagnostic x-rays when medically necessary, and analyze imaging to identify issues or rule out fractures/disease
-Build strong, positive doctor-patient relationships while delivering high-quality chiropractic care
-Collaborate with team members to create a patient-centered, welcoming environment
Qualifications:
-Four-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
-Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college
-Passing scores on Parts I, II, III, and IV from the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE)
-Valid Chiropractic (DC) license in Tennessee (or eligibility to obtain)
-Fully eligible for malpractice insurance in Tennessee
-Excellent diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills
