What You'll Do
- Lead restaurant operations during assigned shifts
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to crew members
- Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction
- Maintain high standards for food quality, food safety, cleanliness, and execution
- Train, coach, and develop team members
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Support cash handling and daily operational tasks
- Create a positive and productive work environment
- Help drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Recent restaurant or food service experience required
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
- ServSafe certification preferred (additional compensation available for certified managers)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Sense of urgency, integrity, and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
