French Atelier Bakery is a fast-growing wholesale bakery specializing in high-end pastries and viennoiseries. We are currently looking for a reliable Evening Packing Assistant to join our production team.
This role is essential to our daily operations and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and comfortable working with delicate products in a fast-paced environment.
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for packing our pastries in the evening before delivery. Our products are delicate and presentation is extremely important. At the same time, we work with strict timelines and cut-off times, so efficiency and organization are key.
Schedule:
- 5 hours per shift
- Operation runs 7 days a week (you will have 2 days off)
- Evening shift (6pm/11pm)
Responsibilities:
- Carefully pack delicate pastries and viennoiseries
- Assemble and label boxes accurately
- Follow packing sheets and daily order lists
- Maintain clean and organized packing stations
- Work efficiently to meet strict daily cut-off times
- Communicate with the production team if issues arise
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly while handling fragile products
- Reliable, punctual, and consistent
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Food handling or bakery experience is a plus, but not required
