What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Fren Management?

THIS POSITION REQUIRES PREVIOUS APARTMENT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. WE WILL NOT HIRE WITHOUT EXPERIENCE.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience in Property Management.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills and hard work ethic.
- Must have a valid drivers license and pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to fulfill all company requests and guidelines and agree to follow company rules and guidelines.
- Must be good with social media/marketing In order to stage and list our vacant units.
Responsibilities:
- Building positive relationships with prospective and current tenants.
- Showing properties to prospective tenants and answering relevant questions.
- Preparing and executing detailed legally compliant lease agreements.
- Process lease renewals and follow up with tenants in a timely manner.
- Answering telephone, pre-screening prospects, and setting up appointments.
- Running delinquency reports and sending out 14 day notices.
- Other duties as assigned and requested by the property manager or owners.

- 9 hour shift
- Monday to Saturday
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Some college preferred
Experience:
- Property management: 2 year (MUST)
- Appfolio: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License
Work Location: In person at our upcoming Billerica location.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
