Fremont Motors is looking for an energetic and motivated Automotive Sales Representative/ Backup F&I to join our team.

• What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide a professional, positive buying experience

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget

• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits

• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish

• Build strong relationships to generate repeat and referral business

• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals

• Assist the Finance Department as a Backup F&I Manager when needed

• Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products

• What We’re Looking For

• Automotive sales experience required

• F&I experience or familiarity with finance products preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to present and explain financing and protection options to customers

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

• Valid driver’s license required
