Fremont Therapy & Wellness is a locally owned, award winning fast-paced, team-driven Physical & Occupational Therapy clinic focused on delivering exceptional patient care and an outstanding front office experience. We are looking to add a new team member to our front office team that has experience in and wants to focus on our billing and revenue cycle management as well as assist with the front desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain smooth daily clinic flow alongside a team of 2 other receptionists each with distinct areas of responsibility of clinic flow
- Accurately verify insurance benefits online and over phone and communicate coverage clearly
- Assist patients with understanding payments and follow up phone calls to patients on outstanding balances
- Problem-solve and manage tasks independently in a busy environment
- Each of our Front Desk Patient Coordinators have a specific area they specialize and take ownership in (Master Schedule Management, Authorization and Referrals). This position would focus on Billing and Patient AR aspect of the front desk with monitoring of patient balances, calling on patient AR, completing monthly sending of statements to patients and answering patient question.
- Answer phones professionally and confidently

HOURS: 8:30am - 5:30 pm M-Th and Fridays 8:00-5:00pm
Pay is determined by experience and skills.
***Applicants do not have to have specific billing and coding experience. Those with experience will qualify in the upper pay range.
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
