Physical Therapist – Outpatient / Active Aging Focus
32–40 Hours/Week | Flexible Scheduling | Leadership Opportunities
Fremont Therapy & Wellness is looking for a Physical Therapist who enjoys helping adults stay strong, independent, active, and confident throughout the aging process.
This is a great opportunity for a PT who enjoys treating a diverse outpatient caseload but has a particular interest in balance, fall prevention, total joint rehabilitation, generalized weakness, mobility limitations, active aging, and women’s health through the post-menopausal years.
What You’ll Treat
Your caseload may include:
- Balance and fall-prevention patients
- Generalized weakness and deconditioning
- Total hip, knee, and other orthopedic joint replacements
- Gait and mobility limitations
- Older adults working to maintain independence
- Chronic orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Post-operative rehabilitation
- Post-menopausal women focused on maintaining strength, mobility, balance, bone health, joint health, and an active lifestyle
- Patients transitioning back to exercise, community activities, and an active lifestyle

Flexible Work Schedule
This position is full-time can be structured between 32 and 40 hours per week, with multiple schedule options available.
Possible schedules may include:
- Four longer days per week
- Four days plus a shorter day
- Five workdays
- 32-, 36-, or 40-hour workweeks
- Earlier or later start-time options depending on clinic needs

- Has an interest in program development or future leadership
