- Process online registration for all district schools (Preschool–Grade 12).
- Assist with maintaining data accuracy and integrity within student information systems.
- Support the District Registrar with enrollment and registration processes.
- Maintain, access, and organize graduate records in accordance with district procedures.
- Assist with the transition of historical student records into digital format.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Dates: July 20, 2026 – August 4, 2026 (10 business days)
- Schedule: 9 hours per day
- Salary according to the Classified Para Salary Schedule

Must adhere to confidentiality of student records in accordance with district policy and FERPA law.
