Fremont Motors is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. This key position helps customers secure financing, protects their investment with valuable products, and ensures every deal is completed accurately, efficiently, and ethically.
What You'll Do
- Present financing, warranties, service contracts, and protection products
- Secure financing approvals through lending partners
- Structure finance and lease deals
- Ensure compliance with all lender, state, and federal regulations
- Complete and review deal paperwork accurately
- Build relationships with lenders and support the sales team
- Help drive dealership profitability and customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Automotive sales and/or F&I experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Knowledge of dealership finance and compliance processes
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and customer-focused
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
