Fremont Motors is seeking an experienced and motivated Parts & Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Service and Parts departments. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows how to drive results, foster teamwork, and deliver exceptional customer service, we want to meet you.
⭐ What You’ll Do
Oversee all Parts and Service department operations
Lead, train, and develop advisors, technicians, and parts staff
Manage workflow to ensure timely repairs and excellent customer communication
Maintain high-quality service standards and CSI performance
Optimize parts inventory, ordering, and profitability
Monitor department financial performance and create improvement plans
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and efficient shop operations
Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Drive a positive culture focused on teamwork and accountability
⭐ What We’re Looking For
Previous dealership Parts & Service management experience required
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proven ability to manage department financials and KPIs
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong understanding of parts operations, service workflow, and warranty processes
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment
High level of organization, professionalism, and follow-through
