⭐ What You’ll Do
Greet customers and provide a professional, positive buying experience
Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and budget
Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process from start to finish
Build strong relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
Assist the Finance Department as a Backup F&I Manager when needed
Present financing options, extended warranties, and protection products
⭐ What We’re Looking For
Automotive sales experience required
F&I experience or familiarity with finance products preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to present and explain financing and protection options to customers
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
Valid driver’s license required
