Gross Pay: TBD
- Current Certified WSD Employees: $28.19-$32.10 per hour (based on the school-based extra duty compensation schedule).
- Current WSD Educational Support Staff Employees Working Overtime: If currently employed by Weber School District under another job title and this position results in overtime hours, the rate is calculated as: Current Hourly Rate × 1.5 (Overtime Rate) = Employee Hourly Rate

Job Description:
ATTENDANCE IS AN ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THIS JOB OPPORTUNITY.
A position has been declared open in the Weber School District for a Recreation Supervisor Coordinator for the upcoming recreation basketball season. Work hours vary per week depending on the specific municipality recreation program, primarily occurring after school hours and on Saturdays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise WSD schools and facilities during recreation program use.
- Manage building keys, security codes, and opening/closing procedures for facilities.
- Maintain clean, debris-free hallways, restrooms, and main areas.
- Report any facility damages immediately to school administrators and coordinate with municipality recreation directors.
- Complete required paid custodial training provided by WSD upon hire.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with diverse groups.
- Internal candidates preferred
Physical Demands:
Position involves standing, walking, bending, and light-to-moderate lifting.
