Duties
- Supervise and ensure the safety of campers during various activities.
- Plan, organize, and lead engaging activities such as arts and crafts, sports, games, and educational programs.
- Foster a positive camp environment by encouraging teamwork, respect, and inclusivity among campers.
- Assist with daily routines including meal times, transitions between activities, and ensuring campers’ needs are met.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members regarding camper progress and any concerns.
- Implement classroom management strategies to maintain order during activities.
- Provide first aid assistance when necessary and ensure all health protocols are followed.
- Encourage personal growth through mentoring and tutoring opportunities.
Experience
