Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Court Coordinator to serve as the primary liaison between the court, supervision agencies, treatment providers, and community partners. This position supports the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective service, participant compliance, and adherence to Treatment Court standards and court orders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations of the Treatment Court program
- Schedule and prepare staff meetings and court sessions
- Track participant compliance, progress, incentives, and sanctions
- Maintain accurate and confidential participant records
- Prepare reports, court documents, and data for compliance
- Serve as liaison between court, probation/parole, treatment providers, and partners
- Support program policies, procedures, and best practices
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, behavioral health, public administration, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant expeirince
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in treatment courts, criminal justice, behavioral health, substance use treatment, case management, or a related human services field
- Knowledge of treatment court principles, court processes, and confidentiality requirements (HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and applicable state laws).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $58,500.00 - $60,403.00 per year
