What are the responsibilities and job description for the Case Manager - Certified position at Fremont Counseling Service?
Community mental health center located in the heart of Wyoming is seeking a Certfied Case Manager to provide mental health and substance use disorder treatment services in our Riverton office. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8a-5p, however, the provision of group services during evening hours (2-3 times per week) is required.

Fremont Counseling Service is a small team of dedicated individuals that have a passion for helping others. Our organization is a CARF accredited, private, non-profit, community mental health and substance use disorder treatment center that has been serving Fremont County since 1959.
This position requires current certification as a Certified Social Worker (CSW) or Community Mental Health Worker (CMHW) in the State of Wyoming.
- Experience providing mental health and substance use disorder services in a community mental health center preferred.
- Services (individual outpatient and group intensive outpatient) are provided in-person, via telehealth, or in the community.
- On the job training provided and job shadowing may be required before working independently.

Compensation: $55,672 annually plus benefits. Position is full-time and classified as Exempt (not eligible for overtime).
