The Role
We are looking for a sharp, adaptable, and team-oriented Accounting Associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be a vital part of our daily financial operations, assisting with billing, accounts payable, payroll, some taxes, misc. report management and general ledger postings.

What You’ll Do
- Utilize advanced Excel functions to track financial data, run reports, and identify discrepancies.
- Assist with daily workflows across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, and Driver Settlements.
- Support month-end closing activities and reconciliations.
- Maintain organized digital and physical accounting records.
- Partner closely with dispatch, safety, and operations teams to keep our office running seamlessly.
Requirements – What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or a closely related field preferred, a minimum of a 2-year associate degree will be considered with experience.
- Technical Skills:
- High-level Excel experience is a must -proficiency with formulas, data analysis, and organizing large complex spreadsheets.
- Solid foundational knowledge of AR, AP, Billing, Payroll, and General Ledger processes.
- Mindset & Traits:
- High Attention to Detail: You take pride in pinpoint accuracy and rarely let a typo or misplaced number slip by.
