Job Overview
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Laundromat Attendant to join our team. This role involves customer service, cleaning, and handling wash-and-fold laundry orders.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process wash-and-fold (drop-off) laundry orders
- Weigh, sort, wash, dry, and neatly fold customer laundry
- Keep the laundromat clean (machines, floors, folding tables, restroom, etc.)
- Monitor machines and report any issues
- Handle payments using POS system (training provided)
- Open or close the store
Schedule
- Part-time (approx. 1–3 shifts per week)
- Shifts are typically 8 hours
- Must have occasional availability on weekends
- Schedule may vary based on business needs
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail (especially for folding and sorting laundry)
- Able to keep detailed records
- Comfortable standing for long periods
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior laundromat or cleaning experience is a plus (but not required)
