Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, growth oriented team player to join our Accounting team!
On a daily basis the T&E Specialist will interact directly with employees across all levels to ensure compliance with the Travel & Entertainment (T&E) policy. This role will use Concur Expense & Travel, our web-based system, which will incorporate expense reimbursement, reporting and reconciliations. The position will report to the Director or AP/AR with a potential to learn more about other accounting functions.
Responsibilities:
- Act as T&E Administrator in our Concur Expense & Travel system, in charge of auditing and processing expense reports for our FXM USA business and smaller subsidiaries
- Enforcement of the T&E policy while factoring in IRS regulation adherence
- Partner with Compliance team to educate employees on code of conduct as it relates to T&E
- Maintain user profiles, documentation, T&E Policy updates, and audit records
- Provide ongoing Concur training for new users/system updates and proactively ensure employees understand the T&E policy as well as system features
- Create and provide training to assist new and existing employees with best practices
- Perform investigative research to resolve T&E discrepancies and safeguard our company
- Provide end user support and case management
- Work with Accounting team to develop/test/distribute T&E reports; Reporting and Analytics. Present findings to management on a quarterly basis.
- Daily closing of expense report batch and submission for SAP
- Construct monthly journal entry as it relates to T&E
- Collaborate and develop reporting tools to monitor business performance, driving simplification and standardization
- Develop ways to incorporate AI into auditing and reporting of T&E
- Provide supporting documents as needed during internal and external audits
- Perform and assist with ad hoc projects, reports & tasks as needed

Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree (Business Administration or Accounting is a plus)
- 1-3 years of Accounting / T&E / AP / AR experience preferred
- Concur or Expense management experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills and written skills
- Technologically savvy, with knowledge of Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to query data, compile reports and provide analysis; undeterred by challenges lacking a standard solution

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $55,000-$70,000/yr. exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience.
