Senior Marketing Project Manager (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to ensure the seamless execution of marketing projects from start to finish while maintaining strong client relationships and managing internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, strategic alignment, and timely project delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing proactive recommendations to improve client satisfaction and campaign performance.
- Manage multiple projects across all departments (SEO, paid media, content, design, and development), ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and project scopes are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns.
- Lead client meetings to provide updates on project progress, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in project management, with a strong background in SEO and paid media, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, paid media, social media, and content marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on results-driven project management.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana) and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a hybrid setup.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong understanding of data-driven marketing strategies and performance tracking, especially in SEO and paid media campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Familiarity with AI tools for optimizing workflows and project management.
Salary and Benefits
- Total Compensation Range $65,000 – 80,000 based on experience.
- Health insurance

- 15 days of PTO plus 7 Holidays
- Half Days on Fridays Twice a Month
