For this Culture Data Coordinator position, you’ll be working for our high school in north Philadelphia called TECH Freire Charter School (9th-12th Grade): Freire Schools’ established rigorous college-prep high school program is infused with technology and entrepreneurship education to unlock creativity and potential in our students. We have a culture that demands excellence from our students while providing them the supports they need to achieve at high levels and prepare for college. TECH Freire’s Class of 2025 were accepted to 100 unique colleges and universities and earned over $9.4 million in college scholarships and aid.

What you’ll do
As the Culture Data Coordinator, you’ll strengthen our school’s culture systems by managing attendance and behavior data, coordinating culture-related logistics, and supporting interventions that help students stay engaged. You’ll work closely with the Deans of Culture and Operations Team to ensure our school is responsive, data-informed, and student-centered.

Minimum Requirements
The annual salary range for this 10-month role is $50,000–$65,000. We offer a competitive salary based on your experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, and more. Pennsylvania employees are enrolled in Freire’s 403(b) retirement plan which includes a 5% contribution from Freire.

What you’ll do

Responsibilities
- Lead parent and family outreach related to attendance, student behavior, interventions, and student support planning
- Serve as the primary point of contact for staff concerns regarding student behavior and provide timely communication on next steps, consequences, restorative responses, and intervention outcomes
- Manage student culture cases from intake through resolution, ensuring accurate documentation, follow-through, accountability, and case closure
- Monitor attendance, behavior, and culture data to identify trends, develop interventions, and improve student outcomes in partnership with the Head of School Culture to drive strategic decision-making and targeted student support initiatives
- Support the implementation and use of AI-assisted culture data analysis and reporting to strengthen decision-making and operational efficiency
- Partner with deans, school leaders, and staff to ensure consistent execution of culture systems and school-wide expectations
- Evaluate intervention effectiveness and recommend adjustments to improve student engagement, attendance, and culture outcomes

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with PowerSchool and DeansList or similar student information systems.
- Experience collecting, managing, or analyzing data to inform decisions.
- Ability to collaborate with staff, students, and families to improve attendance and engagement.
- Prior experience in school operations, culture, or data management is a plus
