Summary:
The Marketing Analyst reports to the CMO and works cross-functionally to drive brand awareness, support customer experience initiatives, execute digital marketing efforts, and collaborate with sales on enablement activities. This position will be critical to the measurement of customer satisfaction with the ability to own customer communication strategy.
In this role you will:
- Manage the strategy and deployment of bi-annual NPS surveys across FreightWise customers and Kuebix users.
- Educate customers on products and services through newsletters, targeted content, and social media engagement.
- Research and develop written content, including blog posts, eBooks, and case studies and provide recommendations on upcoming content based on industry research.
- Manage and own the company’s social media presence, including content planning and execution of the social calendar aligning with business roadmap and decisions.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to deliver sales collateral, tradeshow support, and campaigns.
- Contribute to day-to-day marketing activities while continuously learning and applying new tools, technologies, and best practices.
You will need:
- BA or BS or equivalent work experience
- 1- 3 years of marketing experience, B2B preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in G-suite tools like Google Docs, Google Slides and
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using CRM (salesforce, dynamics) or marketing automations platforms (Hubspot) is a plus
- Experience in design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
- Experience in Supply chain, transportation or logistics is a plus
- Great people skills, ambitious and thoughtful, open to learn, adaptable to change
