Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:30 PM
Pay: $15.50 an hour
Location: 34125 US Highway 19, Palm Harbor, FL (on-site only)
About the Role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the knowledgeable voice clients rely on for their shipping needs. You will guide customers through FreightCenter.com, ensure smooth pickup and delivery of shipments, and provide fast, effective solutions—all while building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with a focus on exceptional customer service
- Research and resolve customer issues, aiming for one-call resolutions
- Restate issues, explore options, and implement solutions to ensure satisfaction
- Introduce new features to clients when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and complete customer and shipment records
- Act as a key link between our sales team and clients
(This is an in-office position; remote work is not available.)
