Kick off the new year with a stable, fast-paced opportunity that offers growth, incentives, and hands-on training! BlueGrace Logistics is hiring Inbound Carrier Support Specialists to support our transportation operations by handling inbound carrier inquiries and booking freight.

This is an hourly, execution-focused role with competitive performance incentives tied to booking activity and accuracy — perfect for candidates who thrive in a high-volume, structured environment.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls and messages from carriers responding to posted loads
• Confirm carrier availability, equipment type, and shipment details
• Negotiate rates within approved system guidelines and finalize bookings
• Accurately enter and update shipment information in the TMS
• Escalate exceptions, non-standard pricing, or issues to the appropriate teams
• Follow established workflows to ensure timely and accurate load coverage
• Represent BlueGrace professionally when communicating with carrier partners

• Not responsible for margin ownership or pricing strategy
• Not responsible for carrier development
• Not outbound prospecting

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfort working within defined pricing and process guidelines
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn logistics systems
• Prior logistics or call-center experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, on-site position
• Monday–Friday schedule
• Pay: $15.50 an hour, with additional incentives based on productivity, accuracy, and process adherence

• Permanent work location will be Palm Harbor
• This position is IN-OFFICE only
