Inbound Carrier Support Specialist
Kick off the new year with a stable, fast-paced opportunity that offers growth, incentives, and hands-on training! BlueGrace Logistics is hiring Inbound Carrier Support Specialists to support our transportation operations by handling inbound carrier inquiries and booking freight.

What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls and messages from carriers responding to posted loads
- Confirm carrier availability, equipment type, and shipment details
- Negotiate rates within approved system guidelines and finalize bookings
- Accurately enter and update shipment information in the TMS
- Escalate exceptions, non-standard pricing, or issues to the appropriate teams
- Follow established workflows to ensure timely and accurate load coverage
- Represent BlueGrace professionally when communicating with carrier partners

What We’re Looking For

- Comfort working within defined pricing and process guidelines
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn logistics systems
- Prior logistics or call-center experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, on-site position
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Pay: $15.50 an hour, with additional incentives based on productivity, accuracy, and process adherence

- Permanent work location will be Palm Harbor
- This position is IN-OFFICE only
