We’re looking for a CDL Driver Recruiter to join our growing team and help support a 300 truck trucking company with constant hiring needs.
This is a high-energy role for someone who thrives on building relationships, making calls, and delivering results. The more drivers you recruit, the more you earn—there is no cap on commissions.
Responsibilities
- Recruit qualified CDL drivers through calls, referrals, and industry connections
- Build strong relationships with drivers and guide them through the hiring process
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups
- Meet and exceed weekly recruiting goals
- Work closely with the recruiting and operations team to support a large, active fleet of 300 trucks

Pay & Benefits
- $1,500 – $2,000 per week
