Freight Sales, Inc. is looking for Dispatchers to join our growing team!

In this role you’ll coordinate the movement of essential fuel products—ensuring every delivery is scheduled, communicated, and completed safely and efficiently. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our drivers, customers, and overall business success.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate and dispatch deliveries in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Monitor and review driver DOT logs to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Track and manage vehicle locations using the company’s tracking system to optimize routes and performance.
Develop and maintain delivery routes and schedules that maximize efficiency and profitability.
Set and uphold performance standards for drivers to ensure quality and consistency of service.
Review and verify driver delivery paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns promptly.
Investigate and resolve delivery issues, including spills, delays, or accidents, in accordance with company safety and compliance procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education - High school diploma or GED
Experience - Prior experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, or operations preferred
Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skills - Problem solving, ability to work with a team, attention to detail, ability to multi-task
Technology - Experience using Excel, Google Workplace, or other databases
