Freight Sales, Inc. is looking for Dispatchers to join our growing team!

Keep our operations running smoothly with a career in dispatch and logistics. In this role you’ll coordinate the movement of essential fuel products—ensuring every delivery is scheduled, communicated, and completed safely and efficiently. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our drivers, customers, and overall business success.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

• Monitor and review driver DOT logs to ensure compliance with all regulations.

• Track and manage vehicle locations using the company’s tracking system to optimize routes and performance.

• Develop and maintain delivery routes and schedules that maximize efficiency and profitability.

• Set and uphold performance standards for drivers to ensure quality and consistency of service.

• Review and verify driver delivery paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing inquiries and resolving delivery-related concerns promptly.

• Investigate and resolve delivery issues, including spills, delays, or accidents, in accordance with company safety and compliance procedures.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• Education - High school diploma or GED

• Experience - Prior experience in logistics, shipping, customer service, or operations preferred

• Communication - Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Skills - Problem solving, ability to work with a team, attention to detail, ability to multi-task

• Technology - Experience using Excel, Google Workplace, or other databases
