Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching shipments
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and carrier partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Track shipments and update internal systems with delivery statuses
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, and exceptions professionally and promptly
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports
- Monitor transportation activities for compliance with company standards
- Assist in optimizing logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Support communication between warehouse, dispatch, and customer service teams
- Provide excellent service through clear, consistent, and timely communication
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in logistics coordination, dispatch, transportation, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proficiency with computers and logistics/dispatching software is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.20 - $24.00 per hour
