We are a growing third-party logistics (3PL) Freight Breakers LLC, company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator / Recruiter to support our daily operations and hiring efforts.

Scheduling, communication, paperwork, time entry, and ensuring all hiring and administrative details are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage general office administrative tasks, including paperwork and data entry
- Enter and track employee hours accurately
- Review applicants through platforms such as GetHired
- Contact candidates and schedule interviews
- Conduct initial interviews with applicants
- Assist selected candidates through the onboarding process
- Ensure all hiring documentation is accurate and submitted on time
- Coordinate start dates with site supervisors

Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Comfortable using online hiring platforms and basic computer systems
- Entry-level candidates welcome — training provided
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screening
- Pay: $18/hour
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (flexible if needed)
