Box Loader/Unloader – West Jordan, UT (2nd Shift, Weekend)

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our team as Box Loaders/Unloaders in West Jordan.

Position Overview:

This role involves handling freight in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, and safety.

• Loading: Manually load boxes from a conveyor onto trailers, ensuring proper organization and secure placement. Utilize scanning equipment to track shipments and assist with moving cages to and from staging areas.
• Unloading: Unload boxes from floor-loaded trailers onto a conveyor, scan items, and sort them into designated cages.
  
  

Compensation:

• Paid per trailer or per case loaded/unloaded
• Average earnings: $150–$200 per day ($15–$25 per hour equivalent)
• High-performing team members may earn $25–$35 per hour based on productivity
• Performance-based pay structure: increased productivity leads to higher earnings
  
  

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: Friday – Sunday, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Additional weekday work may be available as needed
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong attendance and punctuality are essential
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift and carry 5–50 lbs consistently
• Capable of sustained physical activity for extended periods
• Reliable transportation required
