Warehouse Supervisor (Hands-On / 3rd Shift)
Location: Fort Mill, SC (On-site)
Pay: $17.00/hour base $5.00 per container closure production pay per truck unloaded
Schedule: Sunday – Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (8-hour shift, overtime/peak Friday or Saturdays as needed)

Freight Breakers is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead floor operations at our Fort Mill site. What You Will Do
- Lead from the Floor: Direct, train, and support warehouse associates to maintain high productivity, quality, and retention.
- Drive Shift Production: Oversee unloading operations, jump on equipment when needed, and ensure customer turn-times and KPIs are met daily.
- Maintain High Safety Standards: Enforce safety compliance, safe equipment operation, and clear warehouse dock procedures.
- Coordinate Operations: Serve as a reliable point of contact between on-site associates, facility leadership, and customer management.
- Track Shift Metrics: Document daily shift output, completed containers, and equipment checkouts accurately.

Qualifications
- Equipment Experience: Valid hands-on experience operating a stand-up forklift is required.
- Leadership Background: At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse lead, team lead, or supervisory role.
- Hands-On Mindset: Willingness to work actively on the dock floor, unloading and coaching side-by-side with your team.
- Communication & Tech: Solid verbal communication skills and basic computer proficiency (email, spreadsheets, inventory/shift logs).
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Preferred: Prior 3PL, cross-dock, or production-pay environment experience; bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.
