Box Loader/Unloader – Weekend Shift (Full-Time)

Position Summary
As a Box Loader/Unloader, you'll help keep freight moving safely and efficiently by loading and unloading trailers, scanning packages, and maintaining an organized workflow. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Loading

Load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers using floor-loading methods.

Scan packages into trailers with handheld barcode scanners.

Move rolling cages between staging and loading areas.

Build safe, organized, and efficient trailer loads.
Unloading

Unload freight from trailers onto conveyor systems.

Scan and sort packages into designated rolling cages.

Maintain productivity while ensuring accuracy and safety.

Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
Compensation

Performance-based pay (paid per trailer and per case).

Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour.

Top performers can earn $25–$35 per hour.

Schedule

Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday

Hours: 7:00 AM–7:30 PM

Three 12-hour shifts

Additional weekday hours may be available based on business needs.
Qualifications

Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality.
