Freight Breakers LLC is hiring dependable team members for a part-time weekend warehouse position in West Jordan, Utah.

This role is a great fit for individuals looking for consistent weekend work and who are comfortable with physical, hands-on responsibilities. You'll help move and process freight while working as part of a fast-paced warehouse team.

Position Overview

Weekend Warehouse Associates help keep shipments moving through the facility by loading and unloading trailers, scanning packages, sorting freight, and maintaining an organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Load boxes from conveyor belts into trailers by hand.

• Unload packages from trailers and place them onto conveyor systems.

• Scan packages using handheld scanners.

• Sort shipments into the correct cages and staging areas.

• Move cages and freight as directed.

• Arrange packages safely and efficiently inside trailers.

• Maintain productivity while keeping accuracy and safety a priority.

• Follow warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.

Performance-Based Pay

Employees are paid based on the amount of freight processed, providing an opportunity to increase earnings through productivity.

• Average earnings: $16–$25 per hour

• Top performers: $25–$35 per hour

• Pay is based on trailers/cases loaded or unloaded.

• Strong, consistent performance can increase earning potential.

Part-Time Weekend Schedule

Saturday & Sunday
7:00 PM–7:30 AM

• Two scheduled shifts per week

• 12-hour shifts

• Part-time position

• Additional hours may occasionally be available based on business needs

Requirements

Candidates must be able to:

• Maintain reliable attendance and arrive on time.

• Lift and carry packages weighing 5–50 lbs. repeatedly.

• Perform physical work and remain active for extended periods.

• Work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

• Follow instructions and established safety procedures.

• Maintain accuracy while working at a steady pace.

• Work well with other team members.

• Provide reliable transportation to the West Jordan location.

• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
