The Company:

day-to-day operations alongside our service manager and existing talented staff.

The Role:
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be actively involved on the floor — working with
customers, supporting your team, and helping create a balanced, well-run shop environment
day in and day out.
Responsibilities include:
• Work closely with customers and help them find the right bike for their needs
• Lead the sales floor while supporting and collaborating with your team
• Create a welcoming, organized, and inclusive store environment
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and product flow
• Support team development including hiring, scheduling, coaching, and creating a positive work
environment
• Handle core operations (payroll, bank runs, reporting)
• Build systems and processes that improve flow, balance, and consistency
• Stay connected to the local cycling community — rides, events, and relationships
• Step in where needed, whether that’s building bikes, responding on social media, coming up with ideas or assisting with service

• Retail or management experience (bike industry preferred)

Compensation: $50,000 – $80,000 base bonus potential (DOE)
