This role is essential for supporting sales and service teams by managing incoming communications, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and greet visitors courteouslyProcess and coordinate sales inquiries, showroom requests, service appointments, and internet leadsSchedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointmentsCoordinate communication between customers and dealership personnelTrack vehicle sales and manage inventory hot sheetsConfirm special order partsAssist with paperwork preparation and administrative tasks for Sales and Service departmentsSupport phone and internet sales lead follow-upPerform additional duties as assignedWork Environment and CultureFreeway Toyota - Hanford fosters a professional, supportive, and drug-free workplace. Job Requirement:High school diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles preferredDependable and highly professional demeanorWorking knowledge of the automotive industry is a plusStrong organizational and time management skillsProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suiteExperience with dealership software and Reynolds and Reynolds is advantageousExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional appearance and strong work ethic
