Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in East Berne, NY, for an Insurance Agent. The Insurance Agent will be responsible for providing personalized insurance solutions, assisting customers in selecting appropriate coverage options, and facilitating the sale of insurance products. The role includes generating leads, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and market trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
• Basic understanding of Finance and the ability to provide tailored financial solutions
• Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and relationship-building
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• State insurance licensing or willingness to obtain required certifications
• Previous experience in insurance sales or related fields is a plus
• Proficiency in Spanish is a valuable asset
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or business is preferred
