Service Associate

Pay Rate : $10-$11hr 

Role and Responsibilities

Process Vehicle Title Registrations, Registration Renewals, Temporary Permits, appointed by Hidalgo County’s Tax Assessor-Collector as qualified by law to perform in accordance with all government laws, regulations, ordinances, and court rulings in those jurisdictions in which the Company operates.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

·         High School, GED or Comparable Certificate

·         Clean Driving Record

·         Clear Criminal History Background

·         Clear Scofflaw Financial Responsibility

Required skills

• 40 WPM

• 1-2 years’ experience Microsoft Word, Excel, point-of-sale (cash register) or other software application

• 1-2 years’ experience with money handling transactions

• 2 years customer service experience

• Fluent Bilingual English/Spanish
